How Subscriptions Work
Signup
- 1. Choose your bundle (6, 12, or 18 bottles)
- 2. Select your flavour mix
- 3. Provide shipping address and payment info
- 4. First shipment ships within 3-5 business days
Recurring Charges
- • Billing: Same day each month
- • Shipping: Delivery 2-3 business days after shipment
- • Notification: We email 3 days before each charge
- • Shipping Cost: R99 (included in bundled price for orders over R1,000)
Changing Your Order
Before your next shipment:
- • Update flavour preferences
- • Change your delivery address
- • Adjust your bundle size (for next month forward)

Pause for 1-3 months anytime. No charges, no shipments.
Log into your account → Subscription Settings → Click Pause → Select duration → Confirm
Skip a Shipment
Skip your next shipment with one click. No charge for that month.
Log into your account → Subscription Settings → Click Skip Next Shipment → Confirm
Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel anytime. No cancellation fees. No penalties.
Log into your account → Subscription Settings → Click Cancel Subscription → Confirm
Payment & Billing
Accepted Payment Methods
- • Credit/Debit card (via PayFast)
- • Bank transfer (manual payment option available)
Payment Security
- • All payments processed by PayFast (PCI-DSS compliant)
- • We never see or store your full card number
- • Your payment info is encrypted
Failed Payment
- • We'll email you within 24 hours if a charge fails
- • You have 5 days to update your payment method
- • If payment remains failed, we'll pause your subscription
- • Once updated, we'll resume without skipping shipments

Your Guarantees
Quality Guarantee: Every bottle is raw, unpasteurised, fermented 7-14 days, made with organic ingredients, and contains live probiotics.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Skip your next shipment at no charge if you're not happy. Pause anytime. Cancel anytime.
Damage Guarantee: If your kombucha arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no charge with no return necessary.
Important Notes
Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. Update your payment method if it expires. Report suspicious account activity immediately.
Prohibited Uses: Don't share your account with others, use fake payment info, or attempt to manipulate billing cycles.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website (text, images, logos, recipes) is our property. You may not copy or use it commercially without permission.
Dispute Resolution: Email hello@kickasskombucha.co.za with any issues. We'll respond within 5 business days and work toward resolution.
