Kombucha?
Kickass Kombucha is a small-batch, raw kombucha brewed in Mtunzini, South Africa. Every 330ml bottle is naturally fermented for 7-14 days and delivered nationwide. Our traditional brewing method ensures every bottle is unpasteurised and packed with live probiotics.
To craft our Kickass Kombucha, we use a base of organic sweetened tea cultured with an heirloom SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast). If you've ever wondered how to brew kombucha, it's about patience and high-quality ingredients.
